Don't bet on it, I have worked for several dealerships. While it is normally expected to get all those papers signed, you'd be surprised how frequently they are not. Personally I have never signed off on any of those forms but then I know people.

Believe it or not, dealers frequently "farm out" vehicles overnight or even over a weekend. It may be possible this person was just expecting to be able to come back the next day to finish the deal, maybe.

We have a very accurate calendar that has worked for a very long time. If they want to change the calendar, I'd think they would shoot for more accuracy, not less. Just because it is more convenient doesn't make it better, case in point, 7-11.

Can you imagine all the modifications needed to do that? Near everything electronic would require new equipment to operate, diagnose and repair. All clocks become obsolete and need to be replaced. Computers would need to be completely redesigned.

I love to see the forces of nature in action, too bad they didn't show the pictures that were captured by satellite, they would be interesting to see.
